1 session / 60-90 Min.
With this jump-start personal coaching session, we will focus on one specific challenge or goal with which you wish to gain the traction you need to get unstuck, move forward and achieve the results you want! You will get the support, growth and clarity you need to take inspired action much more quickly than on your own.
Your Ignite the Spark Experience includes:
- One 60-90 Minute Session (depending on need) conducted with me live via telephone or video conference.
- A Deeply Grounding Meditation that will help you to be present by letting go of any other stress or worry in order to focus solely on the issue at hand with ease and grace.
- A Profound Clarity Generating Process in which you choose one area you find challenging or where you feel stuck, identify how you are getting in your own way and discover what works for you personally so that you can take valued action toward what is important to you even amidst challenges.
- A Recording of the Call if you so choose, so that you can focus simply on being present during the call without feeling the need to take notes if you wish. You will be able to re-listen to the session as many times as you would like as you move forward in taking the action steps that will get you to where you want to be.
- One Follow-up 30-minute Integration Session
To further support you, 3-4 weeks after you have completed the 4 sessions of your Ignite the Spark Experience, we will touch base to discuss how things are progressing and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions that may have come up since the conclusion of your package.

3 Months / 2 (45-60 Min.) Bi-Monthly Group Sessions
This life-changing, group coaching package will help you get the results you want within a community setting at a reduced cost. You still get the support, growth and clarity you need to take inspired action to achieve your goals much more quickly than you would be able to on your own with the enhanced benefit of being part of a like-minded community to help support you on your journey.
Your Fan The Flame Group Coaching Package Includes:
- Two (45-60 minutes) Group Sessions Per Month conducted live via video conference at a specific day and time of the week. All sessions are recorded for playback at a later time if so desired.
- Two (30 minutes) 1:1 Coaching Sessions during the 3-month group coaching program. To further support you, your Fan the Flame Package will also give you the opportunity for individual coaching to receive personalized guidance along your unique journey. These 2 (30 minute) sessions can also be combined for 1 (60 minute) session during your three-month package.
- A Holistic Life Assessment to help you take stock of where you are now to help you see the possibilities available to you. We will begin to map out your vision of what a life of balance and fulfillment look like for you and how to get there.
- A Three-Month Thought-Provoking Journal that will deepen your growth and everything you are learning in your coaching sessions.*
- One Follow-up 30-minute Integration Session
