My coaching experiences with Rachel have been simply phenomenal. Because of her open heart and coaching presence, I never feel judged. This allows me to be my authentic self, which is huge and essential in a coach-client relationship. I really appreciate Rachel’s inquiry style of coaching. This enables her to cut to the chase and get to the root of the matter. She also has an uncanny way of offering a scripture to help shed light on a situation. Is it better to build walls or bridges? My walls were designed to protect me, but they’ve also limited much of my progress in life and relationships. Rachel’s empathetic coaching style and practical tools have helped me see the walls that need to be torn down and instead build bridges toward a fuller life and healthier relationships. She has a way about her that is understanding, reassuring, and empowering. After each of our interactions, I feel hopeful, renewed, and ready to take the next big step! Fortunately, she first shows me how to build those bridges and then take each step as it comes.

Coaching with Rachel is one of the most impactful experiences of my life.
I have always been a go-getter, but as I was creating a business I found myself moving at snail pace and getting hung up on situations. I wasn’t the massive action-taker I wanted to be. I often struggled on two sides of the entrepreneur seesaw, either overwhelmed or checked out. Rachel helped me get out of these patterns!
She has taught me how to be certain, decisive, and assured as an expert and professional. It has made all the difference. I now show up in the world with confidence I can rely on and action that moves the needle toward steady results. As a consequence, and without expecting it, these changes have also improved other areas of my life!
I am so grateful for Rachel’s coaching. It has helped me break through the veils that have held me back. I now live more fully, loving life as a whole and daily.
Thank you, Rachel.

Rachel is a great coach, communicator and listener. I enjoyed my individual coaching sessions with her. She has a relaxed and open style that allows for easy conversation and sharing of information. I found I could be candid and direct with her. She allowed me to see opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
Rachel also tied goals and objectives to all of our sessions which enabled me to see real progress in our time together. At the end of the program, we reviewed the goals I had outlined at the start and was pleased to see we accomplished all of them. Additionally, Rachel provided other tools and resources for me to utilize beyond the time in the program which I truly appreciate.
I would highly recommend Rachel as a business coach. I can easily envision how she is successful in all parts of her life.

Everyone needs a coach. Bottom line…I don’t know what I don’t know.
A coach is an expert in helping me find my blind spots, shining a light on them, and then guiding me on how to make what was a previously hidden pitfall into a bright new opportunity for restoration and growth.
Rachel’s expertise in uncovering blind spots is excellent, but even more so are the ways she is able to help me see how to take baby steps into the new direction that is necessary so I don’t keep repeating the same mistakes. She has taught me that when I take even just one step in the opposite direction, that is really two steps away from digging myself deeper into the pit, and that becomes exponential growth as I keep walking.
Rachel guides me to the answers and tools that are right before me and helps open my eyes to see them and my heart and mind to then use them. She walks with me, listening and laughing, asking and sharing, uncovering and believing. If you want to grow, if you want to overcome a repeating cycle of ill success, Rachel is the person who can get you there.
